Homeowners:
You are responsible for everything inside the gravel area that butts up against your house.
HOA cares for the lawn in the common areas and front and backyard. This includes providing water, mowing, weed control, fertilizing and leaf removal. The HOA is also responsible for fixing irrigation breaks. Contact the Board President as soon as you discover an irrigation break.
If you notice an irrigation break, please contact the Board President as soon as possible.
If the irrigation is creating a geyser, please place a bucket over the break until it is fixed.
The Little Free Library, located in the pullout across from Merlot, only accepts books. Please find alternative homes for puzzles, CDs, magazines, etc.
The HOA is responsible for all trees in the common areas. The easiest way to tell if the tree is on HOA owned property is to look at your property boundary on the Mesa County Assessors Office here.

- $20 late fee applied for past due accounts over 30 days.

Rules On Dogs
Dogs must be on a leash. Pick up after your dog.Wwaste stations are available : one by pumphouse (west side) and one near middle of Arbor Circle on the east side. The rules and other pertinent information are contained in the Welcome Packet. Packets are downloadable on this page.
