Architectual Control Committee

All exterior modifications or additions must be submitted to the Architectural Control Committee for approval. This process helps maintain a cohesive look and feel within our community. Please complete this form before beginning any exterior project.

The size and scope of proposed projects must be compatible with the small homes and open yards typical of the Vineyard.  Changes in paint or siding color, structure or plantings should be described in reasonable detail on the ACC Request Form. Changes to the exterior structure or fencing need to be described in detail, including dimensions, material specifications, etc.

ACC Guidelines

SOME ITEMS NOT ALLOWED:

  • Fencing between houses
  • Chain link fences (excepting Vineyard external boundaries, pump house, RV storage yard)
  • Dog runs of any type
  • Tree houses
  • TV antennas or other structures more than five feet above the highest roofline.
  • Free-standing satellite dishes in yard
  • External storage sheds
  • Hot tubs, plastic swimming/wading pools, water slides, etc. in yard
  • Glass block windows
  • Elm, Russian Olive, Aspen, Globe Willow, Maple, Cottonwood, Golden Rain, Sycamore, Catalpa, Honey Locust, Redbud, or fruit-bearing trees
